Laura did her outdoor set with me last month, but held off on the studio shoot until her braces were removed. She showed up today with bubbles. What fun!! I only have time to post a few tonight before I head out.

In case you hadn’t noticed. So Nick maybe didn’t pick the most pleasant day for an outdoor session, but I’m not holding it against him, and we got some nice images anyway. We had some common interests, too, which always makes the session even more fun. HERE is Nick’s full gallery.

No! It’s not to late for great senior photos! I’m still booking!

Molly’s session today was a blast, and I think she wins the prize this year for the best hair. She’s a soccer player, but didn’t want photos wearing the uniform. Mom wanted to incorporate soccer into an image or two, though. The compromise they worked out, formal dress with soccer cleats, was, in my opinion, brilliant.

First, a BIG thank you to everyone who participated in the competition and helped to make it fun.  Obviously, there was a very tight and intense competition between two of the participants, and after some consideration, I have decided to award TWO first prizes.  Both Owen and Henry will get free sessions and a free framed wall portrait.  Congratulations, you guys!

I’ve also decided to waive the session fee for a 30-minute family or child session for anyone who participated.  This is in addition to the free prints I will have made from the competition pics.

If you have not contacted me to specify which print(s) you would like to have, please do so by November 20th!  I would like to order these before the holiday and have them ready for pickup in early December.

If you would like to take advantage of the free session, I will make the offer available to any of the participants through March 15th.  Call to schedule!

I did an outdoor session on Saturday for my cousin’s family, and wanted to share a few of my favorites. We had really nice weather, though time seems to be running out for that this year!

I had a great indoor session today with Alex. Possibly the most easy-going of my seniors this year, very relaxed! He works at Quizno’s and wanted to get a fun shot with his uniform. No problem! However, after lamenting that we didn’t have a sandwich to include in the pic, I got hungry and had to go for a sub after the session. I wanted to go to Quizno’s, but Subway was closer, LOL! Wait a minute. Am I advertising for Quizno’s here?!? Should I be getting a year’s supply of Baja Chicken subs or something?? Anyway, here’s a few pics from the session:
